All prices on this site already have shipping included. If you are going to order many paintings at once, please email us for a shipping discount.

We will send you a photograph of your painting for your approval before sending you the painting. Changes and fixes are free of charge.

We accept all returns within the first 30 days.

Paintings usually take two to three weeks to paint, but they can take up to four weeks if changes are requested or major holidays intervene. If you want an update on the status of your painting, just send us an email or Skype IM any time!
